Description
Banner Digital business team needs one onshore Technical BA/PO for their 'Notifications' products.
- Required Twilio experience is mandatory.
- Should have experience developing new products, maintaining, investigating issues, being the 1st line of defense to investigate issues, querying databases for troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Twilio, Salesforce, Azure, CosmosDB.
- Should be able to run queries in CosmosDB and troubleshoot using Twilio.
- Experience developing new customer facing products from scratch, understanding of complex integrations.
- Must be Proactive, efficient, and organized.
- The BA will support 3 teams.
