Technical Salesforce Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories and platform changes
- Support users with triage of Salesforce issues and error messages
- Diagnose whether issues are caused by user error, configuration, component behavior, or code defects
- Handle admin-level changes such as field updates, picklist values, and other declarative configuration
- Cook up coordination with technical teams when issues require developer intervention
- Support business stakeholders directly and manage communication throughout the issue resolution process
- Aid with platform support across the Americas and London time zones as needed
- Work closely with internal stakeholders on pre-trade workflows, approvals, conflict clearance, and KYC-related processes
Required Qualifications
- Has Salesforce Administrator certification
- Has experience in a business analyst or admin-style role
- Has strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Can work directly with business users and translate technical issues into clear next steps
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and prioritizing support requests in a fast-paced environment
- Has strong communication skills and ability to escalate appropriately
Preferred Qualifications
- Has prior experience in a technical BA or Salesforce admin role
- Has exposure to complex Salesforce environments
- Has experience supporting internal-facing enterprise systems
- Familiarity with workflows, approvals, integrations, and case/ticket triage
- Has ability to work independently as a sole contributor
