Business Analyst, Salesforce

Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst for a high priority initiative. They are looking for someone with strong business-facing skills who can navigate ambiguity confidently, advocate for business needs, and operate with a consultative, business-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state and future-state processes, capturing changes tied to business objectives
• Author business requirements and test plans across cross-functional rollouts
• Run requirements sessions with stakeholders and teams, ensuring business needs are clearly articulated and prioritized throughout the project lifecycle
• Help advance project development, change management adoption, and technology utilization
• Build and execute test plans covering Business Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Guide impacted teams through change management, driving smooth adoption of new processes and systems
• Mentor project partners and peers to strengthen team capability and collaboration

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of business analyst experience paired with a strong client-service mindset and ease operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Strong business facing skills
• Track record of communicating and presenting project concepts and updates to senior leadership
• Sharp analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills
• Strong interpersonal presence with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and cultivate collaboration
• Salesforce certification preferred

Pay

$70-75/hr - Dependent on fit and experience
