Business Analyst I-Mobile Applications
About the role
The Business Analyst Level 1 is responsible for providing Tier I technical support for application issues and assisting with the collection, analysis, and documentation of a client's business requirements. They collaborate with business partners within one business function to align technology solutions with business strategies and support several low to moderately complex business processes.

Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience supporting mobile technology: Mobile Device Hardware (handhelds / tablets); Android operating system; Connectivity
- Minimum 1 year of experience with mobile application development
- Minimum 1 year of experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering with a strong emphasis on communication with customers
- Minimum 1 year of experience writing business requirements and developing, facilitating, and executing user test cases
