Business Analyst I - IT Asset Management

Role: Business Analyst I - IT Asset Management Responsibilities: Support daily administration of IT hardware assets within ServiceNow HAM, ensuring data accuracy, inventory reconciliation, and compliance. Assist with lifecycle transactions, audits, reporting, and ServiceNow configuration. Develop and document hardware standards, streamline procurement, and support governance activities. Maintain asset data, support discovery processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, STEM, or related field, or equivalent experience1-3 years in IT Asset Management or related roles; 3-5 years preferredKnowledge of IT hardware, peripherals, and asset management software such as ServiceNowCertification in ServiceNow HAM Fundamentals (or ability to obtain), with preferred certifications like HAM-CIS, CHAMP, CITAM, or ITIL 4Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and analytical skillsStrong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilitiesHigh attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities Key Duties Maintain accurate asset and CMDB dataSupport physical audits and reconcile discrepanciesAssist in developing hardware standards and procurement processesProcess hardware lifecycle transactions in ServiceNowGenerate reports and dashboards for asset trackingContribute to process documentation and compliance activitiesSupport hardware discovery and integration updatesWork with teams and vendors to resolve asset issues
