Business Analyst II - IT Asset Management

Role Overview: The Business Analyst II - IT Asset Management oversees the full lifecycle of IT hardware assets, utilizing ServiceNow HAM to ensure compliance, optimize utilization, and support process enhancements. Key Responsibilities: Manage asset lifecycle activities, analyze data for cost and risk improvements, configure ServiceNow HAM, develop hardware standards, and streamline procurement processes. Lead audits, ensure CMDB compliance, and create reports and dashboards for operational and compliance needs. Collaborate across IT teams and vendors to optimize asset use and reduce costs, while supporting process documentation and training. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, STEM, or related field; 2-5 years' experience in IT Asset Management and ServiceNow; relevant certifications preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of IT hardware and frameworks. Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and communicate effectively at all levels is required.
