Responsibilities
- Analyze asset, maintenance, operational, inspection, and performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop business requirements and recommend practical improvements to reports, analytics, processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, presentations, portfolio planning materials, and business summaries that support reliability, planning, and investment decisions.
- Prepare clear presentations, executive summaries, data visualizations, and decision-support materials for leadership, engineering, asset management, Asset Information & Tools, FE Utilities, and other internal partners.
- Analyze asset population, application, condition, performance, and risk data across the FirstEnergy fleet in coordination with engineering, asset management, Asset Information & Tools, and other stakeholders.
- Support data collection, reporting processes, performance indicators, and asset information programs.
- Develop training materials, job aids, process documentation, and communication materials for new and existing asset management programs.
- Provide business analysis, reporting, analytics, and presentation support for special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Organize and manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, priorities, and stakeholder requests while supporting periodic local travel, occasional overnight stays, storm duty support, and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
- Two- or four-year degree in Management, Business Administration, Analytics, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of related work experience required.
- Experience supporting business, engineering, operations, or asset management teams through reporting, analytics, presentations, documentation, and process improvement.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop clear recommendations related to performance, reliability, risk, planning, work management, or operational improvement.
- Ability to translate stakeholder needs into business requirements, reporting solutions, process improvements, procedures, standards, and documentation.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, organizational, work management, and collaboration skills, with sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred
- Understanding of utility operations, asset management, transmission, distribution, substations, or related operational technology.
- Experience developing executive presentations, leadership updates, recurring reports, dashboards, data visualizations, and business summaries.
- Ability to interpret business processes, operational data, equipment records, work history, and asset information to support decision-making.
- Experience with reporting, analytics, data quality, process documentation, stakeholder coordination, work planning, or portfolio planning support.
- Experience using asset management, maintenance, reporting, or data tools such as Cascade, Power BI, SAP, Maximo, SQL, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
