Responsibilities
- Prepare recurring financial and operational reports for executive leadership and headquarters
- Develop professional PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, and management reporting packages
- Investigate trends, variances, and performance drivers, providing clear insights and recommendations
- Partner with Sales and operational teams to understand business activity and its financial impact
- Support month-end reporting and analysis activities
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and executive inquiries
- Consolidate data from multiple sources into meaningful reports that support business decisions
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner
Requirements
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, charts, graphs, and data analysis
- Strong financial reporting, business analysis, and variance analysis experience
- Ability to work with large data sets and translate information into actionable insights
- Experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting month-end reporting cycles
- Manufacturing industry experience
- SAP experience
- Experience working in a global or multinational organization
- Japanese language skills are a plus but not necessary

Pay
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.27/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

- Fully onsite in San Diego, CA
