Responsibilities
- Supports CNA’s agent-facing portal and policy administration modernization
- Works on P&C Programs initiatives
- Manages digital and API partner integrations
- Enhances rating and underwriting processes
- Solves production issues and implements process controls
- Maintains vendor or third-party technology relationships
- Identifies, develops, deploys, and manages AI agents and intelligent automation solutions
Requirements
- High level of business, technical, and insurance expertise
- Collaborates with stakeholders to plan and conduct working sessions
- Independently performs necessary research to develop solutions
- Manages resources and teams, and reviews performance of team members
- Acts as a technical resource on best practices
- Manages multiple priorities and drives complex initiatives
- Evaluates emerging technologies and implements solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent
- Minimum of seven years of related work experience
Skills
- Knowledge of insurance technology platforms, policy administration systems, digital distribution, and modernization initiatives
- Ability to analyze business processes and implement solutions
- In-depth knowledge of project management and Scaled Agile methodologies
- Expert knowledge of change management principles and practices
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to continuously learn new trends and developments within functional area of expertise and the insurance industry
