Business Analist / Projectmanager

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear technical requirements.
• Guide application, integration, data, and AI projects from start to finish.
• Act as the link between clients, developers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure structure, follow-up, and transparent communication.
• Contribute to process improvements and digital decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst, project manager, or functional analyst.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to ask the right questions.
• Understanding of application development, middleware, and data architectures.
• Understanding of business operations and organizational dynamics.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum is a plus.
• Natural drive to help clients move forward.
• Thrive in a fast-paced SME environment with short lines of communication and quick decision-making.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a bonus but not required.
