Business Analyst-Project Manager

About the role

As a Functional Consultant / Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in Noetics implementations, leveraging your expertise to optimize business processes and enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Review core modules such as Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, and Project Management.
• Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and configure Noetics to meet client needs.
• Design solutions and implement customizations to tailor Noetics to specific client requirements.
• Develop functional specifications, documentation, training guides, and custom modules.
• Implement best practices for Noetics implementations, change management, and user adoption.
• Engage with stakeholders, deliver presentations, and provide consultative support.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of SaaS and ERP functionality.
• Drive successful implementations matching client needs.
• Deliver functional and end-user training.
• Provide pre-implementation support to clients.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in SaaS implementations or a thorough understanding of office equipment company operations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High operational tempo and passion for software products.
• Critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Highly creative and autonomous.
• Passion and leadership.
• Must currently reside in the United States.

Qualifications

• Background in IT, Business, or related fields is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Fast learner with a commitment to excellence.

Skills

• Must Have: Experience with SaaS, ERP functionality, and business process optimization.
• Nice to Have: SAP, Dynamics, Python, Odoo, SQL, EAutomate, API App Integration, HubSpot, Salesforce.
