St Martha Center, is looking to hire for the Bus Driver position. We are an exceptional team-oriented facility where we thrive on making our residents and staff as comfortable and happy as possible. We provide our team with everything necessary to help you succeed and grow!

Responsibilities

• Provides individual intervention to residents based on personal needs and conditions
• Records resident attendance and participation level at recreation programs, writes progress notes, and attends care plan meetings as necessary
• Basic knowledge of immediate area a plus.
• Assists with the transport of residents to and from activities off campus
• Must be able to push/pull/lift greater than 50lbs.
• Ensures that residents receive the highest quality of service in a warm and caring environment which recognizes the individuals' needs and capabilities
• Performs other related job duties as required

Qualifications

• Clean driving record
• High school degree or equivalent
• Experience with elderly and dementia-care preferred
