Bus Driver for After School Program

About the role

CLC offers after-school care for students from several Henrico County Schools. We are seeking a bus driver to transport the elementary students from their home school to the center. The hours would be 1:30-3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the bus before and after every trip using the provided form.
• Follow exact time schedules, obey all traffic laws, and drive students from their home school to the center.
• Keep management of student behavior.
• Report any mechanical problems, delays, or behavior issues to the CLC Elementary Coordinator.

Requirements

• Valid VA driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Training with a staff member
• Experience driving a multipurpose school activity bus
