Building Information Modeling Manager

About the role

Join a dynamic team at Ferguson Construction, where you'll contribute to innovative projects in Building Information Modeling (BIM). Our BIM Manager will oversee the implementation and management of BIM processes across all project phases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and maintenance of BIM models for all projects.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and efficient BIM implementation.
• Develop and maintain BIM standards and best practices.
• Train and mentor team members on BIM software and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM or related field.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Knowledge of construction materials and techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Skills

• Proficiency in BIM software (Autodesk Revit).

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
