Building Information Modeling Manager

About the role

This position is responsible for managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects, overseeing the creation and maintenance of BIM models, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of BIM strategies and workflows
• Manage BIM model creation and updates
• Ensure adherence to BIM standards and best practices
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM into project planning and execution
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM management or related field
• Proficient in using BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications
