About the role
Lead a team in developing and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies and processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BIM models for projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy and completeness
- Train and mentor junior staff in BIM techniques
- Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in BIM
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in construction management or related field
- Experience with BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar tools
- Strong organizational and project management skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
