Key Responsibilities
- Perform minor electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and general maintenance repairs
- Repair and replace doors, windows, fencing, roofing, and small concrete sections
- Install and maintain office cubicles, furniture, and limited wiring
- Diagnose maintenance issues and recommend repair solutions
- Handle snow removal, lawn and weed maintenance, and outdoor lighting repairs
- Maintain roadways, drainage ditches, outdoor pads, and signage
- Complete exterior painting, cleaning, organizing, and scrap recycling transport
- Absorb and assist with general maintenance tasks and fire watches as needed
- Operate equipment such as loaders, skid steers, or vacuum trucks (preferred)
Skills/Requirements
- Knowledge of carpentry, minor electrical and plumbing, and general maintenance
- Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 – 70 lbs and work in indoor/outdoor environments
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods
- Ability to organize tasks and manage multiple priorities
