Building and Grounds Keeper

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and grounds.
• Maintain landscaping, including mowing lawns, trimming bushes, and caring for plants.
• Ensure parking lots and walkways are clean and free of debris.
• Monitor and report any safety hazards or facility issues.
• Assist with snow removal and other seasonal maintenance tasks as needed.
• Cookordination with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs or services.

Requirements

• Previous experience in building maintenance, grounds keeping, or related field preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in maintenance work.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to facility upkeep.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

Competitive salary ranging from $28,000.00 to $30,000.00 per year, paid weekly.
