Builder Sales Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process appliance package quotes for new construction and renovation projects
• Track and manage multiple builder projects simultaneously from initial quote through final installation
• Cook and manage orders accurately, ensuring all specifications match project requirements
• Maintain order status and proactively communicate updates to builders and internal teams
• Cook delivery schedules with construction timelines and site readiness
• Manage changes, substitutions, and special orders as projects evolve
• Ensure orders are scheduled for installation
• Communicate with installation manager to ensure proper sequencing and site access
• Address and resolve any order issues before scheduling to ensure seamless delivery and install

Requirements

• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn industry-specific software
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in order processing and documentation
• Understanding of appliance products and specifications (or willingness to learn)
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a team
