Responsibilities

• Maintain company property by watering foliage, picking up litter, clearing walkways, etc
• Set up conference meeting areas
• Delivering large packages and supplies
• Ordering/purchase general supplies
• Relocating equipment, supplies, and furnishings involved in office moves
• Performing building construction, maintenance, and repairs as necessary
• Maintaining HVAC, lighting, electrical, plumbing
• Maintaining building security systems along with responding to security and safety issues
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to work independently and with others
