For our client, a leader in the Food & Beverages space, we are seeking a Builder Development Manager to drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Food & Beverages environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships in the SDA market segment using strong 'hunter' skills
  • Introduce brands and deliver product training to clients
  • Support customers throughout the design and installation process
  • Create detailed sales and marketing plans to grow market share
  • Serve as a product expert and project manager for stakeholders
  • Provide consumer sales and marketing insights to drive success

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of sales experience with the builder or designer community
  • In-depth knowledge of the builder business
  • Ability to work weekends and travel throughout North Central US region
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Pay

$110,000 – $120,000 annually

Schedule

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Ability to work weekends and travel throughout North Central US region.
