About the role

The Autism Clinic, a division of the non-profit Hope, provides ABA services to children aged 2-8 with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Treatment plans are tailored to each child's unique needs, and all professionals collaborate to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Teach children with ASD using ABA principles
  • Communicate with families/guardians about their child’s progress
  • Track session data and assist in achieving individualized communication and early learning goals
  • Aid in planning and preparing for clinic-based group activities
  • Model professional appearance and attitudes

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education
  • Successful background clearance

Prior Experience

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a psychology, education, or human services related field
  • Experience working with people with developmental disabilities
  • Enthusiasm for working with children
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
