BT/RBT - Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician
About the role
The Hope Autism Clinic is a division of Hope, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing high-quality therapeutic services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. Services offered include applied behavior analytic services (ABA), parent and family guidance, and in some settings, speech therapy. Treatment plans are tailored to each child's unique needs, and all professionals collaborate to ensure optimal client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with children with ASD to teach them using ABA principles.
- Communicate effectively with families/guardians about their child’s progress.
- Track session data and assist in helping clients achieve individualized communication and early learning goals.
- Aid in planning and preparing for clinic-based group activities.
- Model professional appearance and attitudes.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or equivalent education.
- Successful background clearance.
Prior Experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a psychology, education, or human services related field.
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
- Enthusiasm for working with children.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

$16-$18 per hour, based on experience.
