About the role
The Autism Clinic, a division of the non-profit Hope, provides ABA services to children aged 2-8 with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Treatment plans are individualized to meet each child's unique needs, and all professionals collaborate for optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Teach children with ASD using ABA principles.
- Communicate with families/guardians about their child’s progress.
- Track session data and assist in achieving individualized communication and early learning goals.
- Aid in planning and preparing for clinic-based group activities.
- Model professional appearance and attitudes.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or equivalent education.
- Successful background clearance.
Preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a psychology, education, or human services related field.
- Experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
- Enthusiasm for working with children.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

Hourly Rate: $16-$18 per hour
