Breast Microsurgeon - Open Rank - Assistant, Associate, Professor
Position Emphasis
The Department of Surgery at the University of Colorado, School of Medicine, in conjunction with the University of Colorado Hospital, is recruiting a residency-trained Plastic Surgeon to join the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery for a 1.0 FTE position available at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor.
Key Responsibilities
- Adult general plastic surgery (including reconstructive, microsurgery, breast surgery, and aesthetic/cosmetic)
- Care of patients at the University of Colorado Hospital and its affiliates
- Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Medical Degree from an accredited school of medicine
- Eligibility for Board Certification in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
- Demonstrated experience/training in microsurgical techniques
- Ability to obtain license to practice as a physician in the state of Colorado with prescriptive privileges
Preferred Qualifications
- Clinical or basic science research experience
- Residency Director/Assistant Director experience
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Effective interpersonal and communication skills, Ability to work in a team environment

Anticipated Pay Range
HIRING RANGE:
- Assistant Professor: $325,000-$350,000
- Associate Professor: $350,000-$415,000
- Professor: $415,000 - $450,000
