Job Purpose

Prepare food according to recipes and quality standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen. Provide warm, knowledgeable service that supports a positive guest experience.

Qualifications And Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with major hotel brands (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, Hyatt) preferred
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Basic math and recipe‑reading skills
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and kitchen equipment
• Ability to demonstrate culinary techniques safely

• This Job Requires The Ability To Perform The Following Work in varying temperatures (freezer to hot kitchen).
• Stand and move for long periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly; push/pull up to 250 lbs.
• Bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
