Brand Marketing Manager

The Brand Marketing Manager owns the strategy and execution of integrated marketing initiatives, translating brand and business goals into campaigns that drive awareness, cultural relevance, and conversion. This is a role for someone who can operate at the intersection of big-picture thinking and day-to-day delivery: building go-to-market plans, keeping cross-functional teams in sync, and making sure every consumer touchpoint reflects the brand at its best.
Responsibilities
- Build and own integrated marketing plans for campaigns, partnerships, and seasonal activations—from initial brief through consumer-facing execution.
- Develop go-to-market strategies that translate brand and business goals into clear objectives, audience targeting, channel plans, and success metrics.
- Identify and evaluate culturally relevant partnership opportunities that expand brand reach and deepen connection with our audience.
- Serve as the day-to-day marketing lead across internal teams and external partners, driving alignment and accountability on all key milestones.
- Act as the connective tissue across Creative, Social, Influencer, PR, Retail Marketing, E-commerce, and Merchandising—keeping every team moving toward the same goal.
- Facilitate regular project communications, surface risks early, and keep deliverables on track across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Establish campaign KPIs and measurement frameworks, then synthesize performance data into recommendations that inform future work.
- Develop post-campaign recaps and executive-ready presentations that clearly connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
Requirements
- 4-7+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or campaign management.
- Demonstrated track record leading cross-functional marketing initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to build clear, compelling presentations and briefs.
- Experience developing multi-channel marketing strategies across digital, retail, social, and experiential touchpoints.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with internal stakeholders and external partners in a fast-moving environment.
- Solid understanding of consumer marketing, brand storytelling, and cultural trends.
Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $100,000 – $120,000.

Schedule
This is a full-time, exempt position based in El Segundo, CA, following a hybrid work model with an expectation of in-office presence on designated days to support collaboration and business needs.
