Brand Marketing Manager
Location: Remote (U.S.)
About The Company
We are a leading media and entertainment organization focused on building a distinctive, consistent, and recognizable brand across every customer and employee touchpoint. As the business continues to evolve, our Brand team plays an important role in ensuring teams across the enterprise have the tools, resources, guidance, and standards needed to represent the organization with clarity and confidence. This team operates at the intersection of brand strategy, creative, communications, employee engagement, and business operations—partnering across the organization to strengthen brand consistency while making the brand easier for employees, agencies, and business teams to understand and activate.
About The Role
The Brand Manager will serve as a champion, ambassador, advocate, and protector of the brand, helping ensure it is represented consistently and thoughtfully across both internal and external experiences. This role translates brand strategy into practical systems, tools, guidance, and partnerships that enable teams across the organization to bring the brand to life. This is not a campaign management role. Rather than owning marketing campaigns, this individual will work across the organization to shape, guide, and evaluate initiatives through the brand lens—partnering with stakeholders to ensure creative work, communications, assets, naming, and experiences appropriately represent the brand. The ideal candidate combines strong project management and stakeholder communication with a genuine passion for brand and creative excellence. You'll have an eye for detail, the confidence to advocate for brand standards, and the ability to be both a collaborative partner and thoughtful brand steward. A creative or design background—including experience with graphic design, photography, or other visual disciplines—is a strong plus.
