Job Responsibilities
- Contributes to planning and execution of digital-focused performance campaigns across commerce sprints, limited-time offers, menu innovation launches, community marketing initiatives and ad hoc tests.
- Assists in evaluation of national always-on and LTO campaign recommendations and feedback; supports annual planning processes with historical performance analysis and forward-looking projections.
- Collaborates with agency and internal teams to coordinate creative adaptation requirements across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic, OOH, etc.) and custom content partners; serves as central point of contact for asset delivery to paid media agency, ensuring timely routing from brand, social, influencer, and internal creative teams.
- Develops campaign briefs for digital campaigns that translate business objectives into clear media strategies with defined KPIs and success metrics.
- Coordinates campaign calendars across LTO, brand, commerce sprints, limited drops and ad hoc initiatives to ensure integrated go-to-market timing.
- Maintains oversight of daily and weekly campaign performance across all paid channels, identifying optimization opportunities and communicating observations with the agency team.
- Monitors competitors’ paid media investment activity and shares intelligence with cross-functional teams.
- Manages day-to-day budget tracking, pacing, and reconciliation for paid media investments in coordination with the paid media agency.
- Creates and oversees reporting processes (sales, mix, new-store openings) for agency partners.
- Supports Media Mix Modeling, Multi-Touch Attribution, Foot Traffic or other measurement initiatives with data inputs for the agency team and interpretation for internal stakeholders.
- Supports evaluation of emerging media channels and partnership opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field required.
- Minimum five years of paid media agency or brand-side paid media experience, preferably in restaurant, retail, or CPG categories.
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
