Responsibilities
- Support the team in developing new product positioning, messaging hierarchy, and key product claims across lifestyle categories.
- Lead global forecasting inputs for lifestyle category innovations and support ongoing forecasting for products and programs.
- Track and manage programs in relevant systems while managing regional communications.
- Lead end-to-end North America NPL management with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and tight demand alignment with marketing calendars and salon initiatives.
- Develop and manage Category Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP) and Long Range Plan.
- Lead portfolio analysis, including SKU-level performance reviews and hero development opportunities, resulting in recommendations for SKU rationalization and pricing.
- Conduct market and competitive tracking to identify trends, benchmarks, and whitespace opportunities.
- Support the team in creating robust global launch briefs and developing comprehensive toolkits.
- Partner with Digital, Online, PR, Education, Creative, and Commercial teams to coordinate the development and delivery of go-to-market assets.
- Manage asset grids, ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and seamless alignment across cross-functional teams and regions.
- Serve as a point of contact for regional teams to communicate program details, provide launch guidance, and respond to execution-related inquiries.
- Oversee GWP planning and execution in partnership with Channel Marketing, ensuring alignment with the promotional calendar.
- Gather and analyze launch performance and campaign KPIs to support post-launch readouts and actionable refinements.
- Lead development of brand, category, and competitive business trend reporting.
- Partner with regional teams to consolidate best practices and ensure global alignment.
- Manage data and analytics for both the base business and NPLs (new product launches), including dashboards, key reports, and ad hoc analyses.
- Support pricing exercises and competitive pricing analyses in partnership with the team and Finance.
- Support the team in pricing submissions, package copy routing and approvals, and product lifecycle management tasks.
- Manage operational workflows including budget tracking, cost center orders, POs, and vendor setup.
- Cook up cross-functional meetings, agendas, notes, and recaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within beauty (Prestige and/or Mass), consumer packaged goods (CPG), or a related industry.
- Passion for the beauty industry with a strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Self-motivated and agile, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- An analytical mindset, capable of translating data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Pay
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $67,850.00 to $101,250.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
