About the role

This role is designed to manage one or more brands/sub-brands in the Mark Anthony portfolio for the US Business. The Brand Manager will be responsible for activating the marketing strategy, deployment, commercial management of brands in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Activate Local Category & Brand Growth Plan
  • Build Commercial Activity Plan and activation calendar
  • Manage the innovation implementation and volume planning
  • Manage the budget, performance reporting, agency roster management, and adaptation of local assets as applicable
  • Own Activation of local brand growth plan and strategic commercial delivery
  • Influence Innovation, Brand strategy, planning & asset delivery
  • Veto US cross-functional brand commercialization outputs (i.e., shopper experiential, social, etc.)

Requirements

  • Proven ability to think creatively, coupled with strong analytical and project management skills

Qualifications, Education, & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree & 4-6 years of progressive marketing experience in Alc/Bev or CPG
  • Experience working on a fast-moving, explosive growth brand
