What You’ll Do
- Drive the development of your brand’s strategy, establishing its vision and growth objectives by leveraging consumer insights, category and consumer trends, and your deep understanding of our competition and the needs of our customers
- Lead from the front and strategically allocate resources – both dollars and people – to achieve goals
- Lead and partner with communications, insights, and commercial teams to identify growth opportunities, build plans and execute world class marketing programs
- Own your brand’s integrated communications strategy from briefing to optimization to measurement. You will tap into expertise from A-list agencies and media partners to deliver communications plans that penetrate culture.
- Be the face of your brand, championing your growth initiatives rooted in consumer needs and keen business expertise
Total Rewards
- Salary Range: $96,800-150,000
- Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
- Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA is preferred
- At least 3 years of brand marketing or brand management experience. CPG/Beverage experience from a Fortune 500 CPG company preferred.
- A general manager mindset where you exhibit data influenced decision making and measurement
- Exceptional team leader with a commanding presence and an ability to influence across functions, leadership levels and customer teams
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, reacting with urgency, agility, sound judgement and often without specific direction
- Proven ability to manage through and lead change
- Expertise in developing and implementing brand strategies based on consumer insights, market data, category trends, and the competitive environment
- Proficient at flexing between strategic planning and tactical planning
- Strong social first Brand experience a plus
