About the role
This role is designed to manage one or more brands/sub-brands in the Mark Anthony portfolio for the US Business. The Brand Manager will be responsible for activating the marketing strategy, deployment, commercial management of brands in the US.
Responsibilities
- Activate Local Category & Brand Growth Plan
- Build Commercial Activity Plan and activation calendar
- Manage the innovation implementation and volume planning
- Build SKU assortment review & pricing strategy
- Manage the budget, performance reporting, agency roster management, and adaptation of local assets as applicable

- ROI on Brand Plans
- Brand Growth & Health
- Volume & Sales
- Innovation Metrics (Portfolio Management, Volume Projection, & SKU Optimization)
Qualifications, Education, & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree & 4-6 years of progressive marketing experience in Alc/Bev or CPG
- Experience working on a fast-moving, explosive growth brand
Skills Needed To Be Successful
- Proven ability to think creatively, coupled with strong analytical and project management skills
Pay
Competitive annual salary from $100,000 to $135,000 based in Chicago, IL
