About the role

Green Envee is seeking a National Brand Educator to serve as the external delivery arm of our professional education program. This role involves translating clinical knowledge, ingredient expertise, treatment protocols, and wellness philosophy into engaging learning experiences for professional estheticians and spa partners.

Core Responsibilities

  • Host monthly live Green Envee Masterclass webinars for wholesale partners and record sessions for on-demand access.
  • Conduct live onboarding calls for new accounts within 60 days of opening, building upon the Green Envee University onboarding curriculum.
  • Facilitate quarterly “Ask the Educator” live Q&A sessions.
  • Deliver customized account-specific trainings for new staff, protocol refreshers, product launches, and skin-concern education.
  • Deliver and support the Green Envee Certified Professional certification program.
  • Educate partners on:
    • Product knowledge and ingredient science
    • Treatment protocols and product layering
    • Homecare recommendations
    • Wellness philosophy and holistic skincare principles
    • Wellness-inspired treatment concepts that we carry at Green Envee
    • Green Envee University (GEU)
  • Serve as the on-camera presenter for the Green Envee University video library.
  • Research, write, and develop educational scripts and talking points from approved educational materials.
  • Submit educational content for clinical accuracy review before production.
  • Coordinate filming, footage review, and production workflows to ensure timely delivery of educational content.
  • Help build and expand Green Envee's digital education platform and certification programs.
  • Monitor and actively participate in the licensed-esthetician-only Green Envee Professional Facebook Community.
  • Host monthly live educational sessions, product spotlights, seasonal trainings, and mini-masterclasses.
  • Identify recurring educational needs, product questions, and training opportunities from community engagement.
  • Share field intelligence and emerging education needs with the Education and Sales teams.
  • Serve as the primary education representative at trade shows, regional trainings, partner events, and brand activations.
  • Deliver masterclasses, treatment protocol demonstrations, and educational presentations.
  • Recommend education topics based on customer feedback and field insights.
  • Create webinar decks, educational presentations, training guides, and learning materials from Director-provided content.
  • Create educational social media content when requested by the Marketing team.
  • Ensure all educational materials align with Green Envee brand standards, clinical accuracy, and approved messaging.
  • Attend regular Education and Sales team meetings.
  • Share onboarding insights, account feedback, and educational trends with internal teams.
  • Support company-wide education initiatives and product launches.

Qualifications

  • Active Esthetician License. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a spa, wellness, or clinical skincare environment.
  • Demonstrated on-camera experience through video content creation, webinar hosting, training, or production work; experience must be established prior to hire.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills in both small-group and large-audience settings.
  • Experience creating professional presentations using Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Slides.
  • Strong clinical skincare knowledge, including: Skin physiology, Ingredient education, Contraindications and treatment considerations, Professional skincare protocols, Genuine comfort with holistic wellness frameworks, botanical skincare, and wellness-centered treatment approaches.
  • Ability to confidently communicate both clinical science and holistic wellness concepts in an approachable, engaging way.
  • Strong organization, time management, and project management skills.
  • Self-directed and reliable, with the ability to manage a remote work environment and independent schedule.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25–35% throughout the year.
  • Authentic alignment with Green Envee's philosophy and commitment to wellness-centered skincare.
