Cellairis is looking for self-motivated people who want to be in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. As a Brand Advocate, you will perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors. Similar to a product sampling program, you will entice each walk-by customer with free products to encourage them to visit our store and commit to a purchase. Using AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list by offering free products.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to drive them to the Cellairis counter.
• Persuade and encourage customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join the mailing list by offering free products.
• Ensure customers come to the Cellairis counter and agree to participation terms to receive free goods or services.

• Genuine Customer Service: Shows genuine concern for customers and knows the Customer Service Guide front to back.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Cognizant of spending time with the right prospective customers.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.

Schedule

Multiple shifts available.
