About the role

Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors. Similar to a product sampling program: you will be enticing each walk-by customer with free products so that they will be inclined to come to our store and ultimately commit to a purchase. You will be using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to get the walk-by customer to the Cellairis counter. You will persuade and encourage the customer to show us their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list by offering free products. In order for the consumer to receive their free goods or services from Cellairis, they will need to come to the Cellairis counter and agree to certain participation terms. Your job is to make them aware of these special offers, entice, and drive them to our store.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using provided scripts to generate interest and drive them into the store.
• Offer free products to entice customers to visit the Cellairis counter for a repair quote or to join the mailing list.
• Convert customer interactions into sales opportunities using persuasive communication and genuine customer service.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Ability to provide genuine customer service and develop relationships with clients.
• Stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.
• Candidates must have their own (not public) means of transportation and a manageable commute.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.
