Brand Advocate Position in Bridgeport, Connecticut

About the Role

Cellairis is seeking a self-motivated Brand Advocate to join our team in Bridgeport, Connecticut. This is a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role, perfect for someone who is athletic, highly energetic, and in excellent physical condition. The Brand Advocate will perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors, enticing customers with free products to drive them to our store and ultimately commit to a purchase.

Responsibilities

• Use AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to engage walk-by customers and drive them to the Cellairis counter.
• Persuade and encourage customers to show their broken phones, receive repair quotes, and join our mailing list by offering free products.
• Ensure customers are aware of special offers and participation terms to receive free goods or services.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Ability to provide genuine customer service and develop relationships with clients.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment preferred).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.
