Brand Advocate Position in Stamford, Connecticut

About the role

As a Brand Advocate at Cellairis, you will perform customer conversion sales at the store entrance, enticing walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit the store and make a purchase. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to engage with our services, such as receiving a repair quote or joining our mailing list. Your goal is to drive customers to the Cellairis counter by making them aware of special offers and enticing them to participate.

Required Attitude & Personality

• Drive and Urgency: Has tremendous energy and initiative to drive customers to the store and generate sales. Able to memorize scripts and use them naturally with high energy. Recognizes and capitalizes on a high percentage of sales opportunities.

• Genuine Customer Service: Shows genuine concern for customers and knows the Customer Service Guide thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts based on the AIDA model to drive them into the store.
• Offer free products to entice customers to visit the Cellairis counter and commit to a purchase.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Ensure customers are aware of special offers and participation terms to receive free goods or services.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.
• Manageable commute (Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable commute distance).

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment preferred).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.

Schedule

Multiple shifts available.
