Brand Advocate Position in Danbury, Connecticut

About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated individuals to serve as Brand Advocates in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. This position involves performing customer conversion sales at the store entrance by enticing walk-by customers with free products to drive them into the store for potential purchases. You will use the AIDA model (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) based scripts to persuade customers to visit the Cellairis counter, show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join the mailing list.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to drive them into the store.
• Entice customers with free products to encourage store visits and potential purchases.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Use the AIDA model (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) to convert leads into sales opportunities.

• Genuine Customer Service: Shows genuine concern for customers and knows the Customer Service Guide thoroughly.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.

Physical and Logistical Requirements

• Candidates must have their own (not public) means of transportation and a manageable commute. Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable commute distance.
• All candidates are subject to reference checks, background checks, credit checks, drug screens, skills assessments, personality assessments, and language proficiency testing.
