About the role

As a Brand Advocate at Cellairis, you will perform customer conversion sales at the store entrance by enticing walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit the store and make a purchase. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list. Your goal is to drive customers to the Cellairis counter by making them aware of special offers and enticing them to participate.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to generate interest and drive them into the store.
• Encourage customers to show their broken phones for repair quotes or join the mailing list by offering free products.
• Persuade customers to commit to a purchase using genuine customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Stand for long periods and maintain high energy levels throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills with the ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment is a plus).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is beneficial.

• Must have own reliable transportation and a manageable commute (Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable commute distance).
• Smoke-free work environment; preference for non-smokers.
