About the Role

Cellairis is looking for a Brand Advocate to perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors. In this highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role, you will entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit our store and commit to a purchase. Using AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list. Your goal is to make customers aware of special offers and drive them to the Cellairis counter.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to generate interest and desire for Cellairis products/services.
• Entice customers to visit the store by offering free products or services.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join the mailing list.
• Drive customers to the Cellairis counter to commit to a purchase or agree to participation terms.

• Genuine Customer Service: Shows genuine concern for customers and knows the Customer Service Guide thoroughly.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Cognizant of spending time with the right prospective customers.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.
• Manageable commute (Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable commute distance).

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.

Physical & Work Environment

• Candidates must be non-smokers.
