Brand Advocate Position in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

About the Role

Cellairis is seeking a self-motivated Brand Advocate to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role is perfect for someone who is athletic, highly energetic, and in excellent physical condition. You will be responsible for performing customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors, enticing customers with free products to drive them to our store and ultimately commit to a purchase.

Responsibilities

• Use AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to engage walk-by customers and drive them to the Cellairis counter.
• Persuade and encourage customers to show their broken phones, receive repair quotes, and join our mailing list by offering free products.
• Make customers aware of special offers and entice them to visit our store.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Ability to provide genuine customer service and develop relationships with clients.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 lbs, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment preferred).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.
