About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated people who want to be in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors by enticing each walk-by customer with free products to encourage them to visit the store and commit to a purchase. You will use AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to drive customers to the Cellairis counter, persuade them to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to generate interest and drive them into the store.
• Offer free products to entice customers to visit the Cellairis counter and commit to a purchase.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join the mailing list.
• Turn objections into sales opportunities and capitalize on high-percentage sales leads.
• Stand for long periods and maintain high energy levels throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and highly energetic.
• Ability to develop relationships with clients and provide genuine customer service.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment preferred).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is a plus.
