Brand Advocate Position in Whitehall, Pennsylvania

Cellairis is seeking a self-motivated Brand Advocate to drive customer engagement and sales at our Whitehall, Pennsylvania location.

About the Role

As a Brand Advocate, you will perform customer conversion sales at the store entrance by enticing walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit our store and commit to a purchase. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action), you will persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join our mailing list.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripted interactions to drive them to the Cellairis counter.
• Offer free products or services to entice customers to visit the store and agree to participation terms.
• Convert customer objections into sales opportunities.
• Memorize and deliver scripts naturally and with high energy.
• Demonstrate genuine customer service and build client relationships.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance.
• Manageable commute (determined by Cellairis).

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail sales experience recommended but not required.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is a plus.
• Retail experience is beneficial.
