About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated people who want to be in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors. Similar to a product sampling program, you will entice each walk-by customer with free products so they will come to our store and ultimately commit to a purchase. You will use AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to drive customers to the Cellairis counter. Your goal is to persuade and encourage customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list by offering free products.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to generate interest and drive them to the store.
• Entice customers with free products to encourage store visits and potential purchases.
• Persuade customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Turn objections into sales opportunities and convert leads into purchases.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.
• Candidates must have their own (not public) means of transportation and a manageable commute.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is a plus.
