Brand Advocate Position in Manville, Rhode Island
About the Role
Cellairis is looking for a Brand Advocate to perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors. In this highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role, you will entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit our store and commit to a purchase. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list. Your goal is to make customers aware of special offers and drive them to the Cellairis counter.
Responsibilities
- Engage walk-by customers using scripts to attract their attention and interest.
- Entice customers with free products to encourage store visits and potential purchases.
- Persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
- Drive customers to the Cellairis counter to take advantage of special offers.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills and highly energetic.
- Ability to develop genuine customer service relationships.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 25 lbs.
- Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
- Professional appearance.
Qualifications
- Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Sampling selling experience is a plus.
Schedule
Multiple shifts available.
Candidates must have their own means of transportation and a manageable commute. Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable commute distances.
