Brand Advocate Position in Henderson, Nevada

About the Role

Cellairis is looking for a Brand Advocate to perform customer conversion sales at the entry doors of our Henderson, Nevada location. In this highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role, you will entice walk-by customers with free products to drive them into the store and commit to a purchase. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to visit the Cellairis counter for a repair quote, join our mailing list, or receive free goods/services.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to generate interest and drive them into the store.
• Offer free products to entice customers to visit the Cellairis counter and commit to a purchase.
• Persuade customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Turn objections into sales opportunities and capitalize on high-percentage sales leads.
• Stand for long periods and maintain high energy throughout shifts.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a highly energetic, approachable demeanor.
• Genuine customer service skills with the ability to develop client relationships.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance and adherence to the Cellairis Retail Dress Code.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required (1-3 years in a retail sales environment preferred).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or direct selling experience is a plus.
• Outgoing, persuasive, and results-oriented personality.
• Self-motivated, persistent, and able to turn failures into positive actions.
