Brand Advocate Position in Las Vegas, Nevada

About the Role

Cellairis is looking for a Brand Advocate to perform customer conversion sales at the entry doors of our retail locations. In this highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive role, you will entice walk-by customers with free products to drive them into the store and ultimately commit to a purchase. Using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts, you will persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list. This role is perfect for someone who is athletic, highly energetic, and in excellent physical condition.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to drive them into the Cellairis store.
• Entice customers with free products to encourage store visits and potential purchases.
• Persuade customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Use the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) to convert leads into sales opportunities.
• Turn objections into leads and failures into positive actions.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and a highly energetic, approachable demeanor.
• Ability to develop genuine customer relationships.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a retail sales environment (recommended but not required).
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling or selling experience is a plus.

Additional Information

Candidates must have their own (non-public) means of transportation and a manageable commute. Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable commute distances.
