Brand Advocate Position in Fort Carson, Colorado

About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated people who want to be in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. The Brand Advocate performs customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors, enticing walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit the store and commit to a purchase. This role is perfect for someone who is athletic, highly energetic, and in excellent physical condition.

You will use the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to persuade customers to visit the Cellairis counter, show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join the mailing list by offering free products. Your goal is to make customers aware of special offers and drive them to the store.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors.
• Entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage store visits and purchases.
• Use AIDA model-based scripts to attract customer attention, interest, desire, and action.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Drive customers to the Cellairis counter to redeem free goods or services by agreeing to participation terms.

• Drive and Urgency: Has tremendous energy and initiative to drive customers to the store and generate sales. Able to memorize scripts and use them naturally and with high energy. Recognizes and capitalizes on a high percentage of sales opportunities.
• Attitude: Always maintains a positive and open attitude, positively affecting team members. Open to coaching and new techniques. Never appears discouraged and is always moving forward.
• Genuine Customer Service: Shows genuine concern for customers and knows the Customer Service Guide front to back.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.
