About the Role

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated people who want to be in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. This position involves performing customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors. You will entice walk-by customers with free products to encourage them to visit the store and commit to a purchase using the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts. Your goal is to persuade customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join the mailing list by offering free products.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using scripts to drive them to the Cellairis counter.
• Entice customers with free products to encourage store visits and potential purchases.
• Persuade customers to show broken phones, receive repair quotes, or join the mailing list.
• Use the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) to convert leads into sales opportunities.

• Genuine Customer Service: Shows genuine concern for customers and knows the Customer Service Guide thoroughly.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Cognizant of spending time with the right prospective customers.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.

Physical and Logistical Requirements

• Must have own (not public) means of transportation and a manageable commute. Cellairis reserves the right to determine acceptable commute distance.
• Subject to Reference Check, Background Check, Credit Check, Drug Screen, Skills Assessment, Personality Assessment, and Language Proficiency Testing.
